Originally from Orange County, California, he eventually settled in Tucson Arizona for a good part of his youth. Making his way back to California, he attended Cal State University, Fullerton and graduated with a degree in Business Marketing.
Brian grew up in the hospitality industry learning about dinnerware and furnishings as a young kid working in restaurants in various positions. After graduating, he took the first step of a life long journey into the hospitality industry working with a dealer in Orange County, California before moving to Phoenix to work for a rep group for 2 years. He then joined Edward Don & Company working the Arizona market as a National Account Specialist for the last 9 years.
Brian and his wife, Jennifer, live in Chandler, AZ with their beautiful daughter Ella Sophia.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Peggy has been in outside sales for her entire career. After spending nearly 20 years in sales management at Newell Rubbermaid, she managed the western region for Innova Products hospitality sales.
Peggy and her husband Mark live in Littleton, CO with their two daughters.
Peggy enjoys camping and watching Kansas Jayhawk basketball.
Gary was a born and bred San Francisco and eventually relocated from the Bay Area to Tacoma Washington, to attend the University of Puget Sound.
After college, he joined the food service industry as a chef and in operations.
After returning to the Seattle area, Gary moved into the sales side of the industry working many years as a sales representative with Bargreen Ellingsonand, RW Smith, he eventually became a National Account representative for the Wasserstrom Company.
Gary then took his extensive knowledge into the factory side of the industry – first with Oneida, Dudson, and finally with ARC Cardinal.
Gary is currently located back in the Pacific Northwest, living in Camas, Washington, with his wife, Shawna.
Irene comes with over 30 years of office management and administrative support experience. Irene began her focus in sales support, book keeping and eventually working with engineers managing project and retrieval systems. Her natural ability to understand and adapt on the job all while continuing to sharpening her skills in the classroom has led her to find a wonderful fit at ESG Hospitality.
Irene’s talents and passions include her family, travel, cooking, and everything Disney! Holding a culinary art degree from Cordon Bleu, Irene makes sure her parties and gatherings include great food and good times! She lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, three kids, and four grandchildren.
